The Studio is available for hire from £10 per hour, suitable for dance, photography, film, slideshows (we can get it dark), anything not wild!
There Is A Steam Cabinet in it's own private room in the Club, which is fabulous for aching muscles, relaxation, respiratory problems and well-being £6 for as long as you want. If you use our towels and products £8. Bring a CD or use ours - the music is piped in. This is a VERY GOOD QUALITY STEAM!!
Instructors – you can hire the studio anytime it is free – but as the gym is open all hours- quiet sessions are probably not suitable. We are always looking for talented, insured instructors to rub along with the gym in use. From £10 per hour for this fabulous space
Local businesses – we are also always looking to team up with cafes, restaurants, B+B’s, and other clubs to see if we can offer a reciprocal deal. We can offer Free Joining Fee or 2-4-1 offers on sessions, if you can give discount for our members to come to you – this kind of thing. If you have any ideas please do not hesitate to contact us
Lastly– Cat is always interested in working with local corporate clients, providing Personal Training for small GROUPS (in order to save you money) and coaching local sports teams to give them the edge in training and nutrition. For example, we run classes that would compliment the training you do on the field and get your team even fitter. Please contact us if you feel we can help in any way.
